Ingredients:
- Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
- Green chilies - 4 (chopped)
- Curry leaves - 4 to 5
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Chana dhal - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
- Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat a non stick pan. Add oil. Once the oil is hot, splutter mustard seeds. Add chana dhal and urad dhal and fry for a minute.
- Add curry leaves, green chilies, chopped cabbage and salt. Cook till cabbage is tender.
- Sprinkle little water if required. Finally add shredded coconut.
- Serve with curd rice, sambar rice, chapathi.
